We develop a sketch together and refine the details, metal and finish. You receive an itemised quote and approve the design before we begin.

Your piece is crafted in gold or silver, carefully finished and delivered to you. We discuss timing with you before your order is confirmed.

How do I start?

Email us an idea, photograph or sketch. If you are not sure where to begin, tell us about the person or occasion you have in mind.

Do I see the design before it is made?

Always. We share a detailed sketch for your approval before making your piece. You can refine the design with us first.

What if the piece does not match the approved design?

If the piece does not match your approved design, we remake it free of charge.

Can you add stones or gems?

Cubic zirconia, moissanite and select natural stones are available. We will discuss suitable options during the design conversation.

Is there a minimum order?

One piece. Your commission can be a single, personal creation.

When is the price confirmed?

Before you confirm your order. We share an itemised quote covering the metal, weight and making charges.
