Shipping

We offer free, fully-insured shipping on every order across India. Ready pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days; custom pieces ship within 10–15 days of design approval.

Every parcel is insured for its full value until it reaches your hands and requires an OTP or signature on delivery.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link over email and WhatsApp. You can also view order status from your account.

Returns & exchanges

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unworn and in original packaging with the hallmark tag intact.

Custom and personalised pieces are made to order and cannot be returned, but we'll always make it right if there's a defect in craftsmanship.
