Eligibility

Ready-made pieces are eligible for a refund when returned within 7 days, unworn and with the hallmark tag intact.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned piece.

Because they are made specifically for you, custom pieces are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
